beautiful building and rooms with good quality bed linen. reasonably priced parking and good hot and relatively cheap breakfast for all tastes.

Really enjoyed its lovely friendly and so very friendly staff.

The hotel was fantastic with excellent views and a favourable location next to the city center. Our room was good-sized and always kept clean. The service was attentive! Obviously that free Wi-Fi throughout the property...

The staff were very friendly and helpful particularly the lady in the spa who let us in very late on Friday night even though she was closing up and she still had time for a chat and...  

All in all, a very good hotel. Everything was available if you needed it. The staff were friendly. Very good location (about a 2 minute walk to the town center where alll the shops are) had parking....  

Staff were quite unfriendly, especially the gym staff who was hostile to us.

Had a super nice stay! The room was massive n super clean. Claire at the front desk was amazin and made check-in quick. The food at the restaurant was really good, lots of choices for breakfast. Parking...  

The location and the lady at the front desk she was a diamond.

The pool was freezing was with my wife and baby we were looking forward to her first dip in a pool. The water was so cold she started crying that was a bad start to the relaxing evening. The food menu was not that great and could do with improving and so could the restaurant. The room i booked was a king supperior so i expected it too be at a very good standard. The heating did not work room was freezing and we had a baby and it was a nightmare. I called front desk and they brought a portable heater not the best but under the circumstances had to do.

In a good central location with car park. The room was spacious and very clean. The bar area was comfortable and the pool and spa facilities offered a relaxing treat.

Quick check-in, but cold room.

The rooms were very lovely with King size beds. We had problems with the Hotel not knowing we were to have free WI-FI Internet & free car parking, the hotel had no record of this but they were very...  

Free upgrade. Staff very friendly and helpful Room very clean.

Location-felt like we were in the middle if a roundabout which we probably were but couldn't figure out a safe way to cross the busy roads, had to just run when it looked quiet. Need a way to use overhead walkway to get onto hotel 'island' instead of it just going over it.

Staff were attentive. The air conditioning didn't work effectively, making it uncomfortable at night.
